Convenient Delivery Methods for Orders in Our Online Store
In our online store, we aim to provide maximum comfort when placing and receiving orders. We offer several convenient delivery options so that every customer can choose the most suitable way to receive their products.
We guarantee fast order processing - the processing and packing time typically takes from 1 to 3 business days, allowing us to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
1. Courier Delivery within Kyiv and the Kyiv Region
We offer courier delivery within Kyiv and the surrounding area. If you are located in Kyiv or the Kyiv region, our courier will deliver your order to the specified address. The delivery cost starts from 250 UAH.
Delivery Times
- Orders placed before 3:00 PM will be delivered on the same day;
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be delivered the next day.
Important: Couriers do not provide technical consultations or perform installation and configuration of equipment. For additional information or consultations, you can always contact our managers.
2. Pickup
If you prefer to pick up your order yourself, we offer the option of self-pickup. Delivery cost is free.
Pickup Terms
- You can pick up your order within 7 days after placing it;
- Pickup address: Kyiv, 03056, Borshchahivska St., 154a 435;
- Working hours: from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on weekdays.
Simply choose the pickup option when placing your order and pick up the product at a time that is convenient for you.
3. Delivery to Any Address Across Ukraine
We also offer delivery across all of Ukraine, using various transportation companies, including Nova Poshta.
Delivery cost starts from 90 UAH. The final cost is calculated by the transport company based on the size and value of the order.
Delivery Times
From 1 to 3 days, depending on the distance and the workload of the delivery office.
You can choose the courier service that is most convenient for you and be confident that your order will be delivered in the shortest time and in excellent condition.
