Agreement for the processing of personal data

Hereby, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data” dated 01.06.2010 No. 2297-VI (as amended and supplemented), you confirm your consent to the processing by FOP Vozny E.A, INN: 3018322975, (hereinafter FOP) of personal data: collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification and other necessary actions. This agreement is concluded between the private entrepreneur and individuals (“subjects of personal data”) who enter into contractual relations.

FOP guarantees the confidentiality of the information received. The processing of personal data is carried out for the purpose of effective execution of orders, contracts and other obligations accepted by the FOP as binding. 

This consent applies to the following personal data: last name, first name and patronymic, email address, postal address for delivery of orders, contact phone number, payment details, as well as other information that may be provided by the subject of personal data regarding the consumption of goods (regarding purchases, consumer habits).

Personal data is stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes stated above. The personal data subject's data may be destroyed if the storage period expires or in cases provided for by the current legislation of Ukraine.

The validity period of the consent is unlimited. You may revoke this consent at any time by sending written notice to the address: Kiev, st. Borshchagovskaya 154A, office 435 with the note “Revocation of consent to the processing of personal data.” 

Please note that in case of withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data, this will entail the deletion of your account from the Internet site (https://turnstile.com.ua/), and will also lead to the destruction of records containing your personal data in the personal data processing systems of the FOP, which may make it impossible to use the Internet services of the FOP.
